My new Christmas present

So hope everyones holidays were good! Haven't done like a real blog in awhile so thought I'd keep everyone current that are interested.

Christmas was great fun! As you can see above I got me a lil Fender Acoustic-Electric. Though I have a proudly fine collection of electrics, I didn't really have a good acoustic guitar so It was a needed/wanted gift from my mom and uncle. Theyre great to me, but I think I did pretty good for them as well. For my uncle I got us tickets to see Ozzy with special guest Slash in February. And for my mom I got her a 42" TV. Was epic because I wrapped up the remote in a little box and waited until everyone went to bed Christmas Eve to set it up downstairs. Look on her face was classic! So some awsome gifts both given and received but what truly made Christmas so amazing was so much family showed up for dinner. Starting to kinda get to where I'm more excited to give gifts and see family than getting that big shiny present. But I do love my new guitar, and it is very shiny.
Well we're wrapping up 2010, and hell of a year its been to say the least. I feel kinda lonely to be honest. Just shy of 4 years since my last girlfriend. Kinda sucks. But I'm staying positive that 2011 will be a good year. Working with guy on maybe starting up a band. This guy John seems like a good guy and very determined and dedicated. From sounds of it he's has alot of bad luck with inreliable people that I have so who knows? Got good feeling though. Want to start school so bad, I just can't see myself working here for the rest of my life. I'll go crazy. Even if means giving up decent money I want to do something I love in life. I'll never make it to London without a degree and thats just kinda how it is.
