I wish that bootlegs were more easily accessable... I mean its really fucking easy to get a recording of certain bands but I want other recordings, like the Liz Phair show the other night, including the opening acts. But I don't think anyone recorded it. I was going to make my own bootlegs at one point but I couldn't afford the equipment, cause I'd want to make a good one that I could listen to without turning the volume all the way up or having every other sound in the room except the band.
I'm still really pissed that my "Prey For Rock & Roll" disc has dissappeared. I have such an urge to listen to it and its nowhere to be found. I have no clue where the fuck it went. I actually searched my entire room for like 30 mins yesterday looking for it (how pathetic is that?). Alright I'm gonna go watch my DVR'd Dead Like Me now and hopefully that'll make me all happy.

bootlegging is difficult to master because you need something that is small, has good quality and battery life to last. to get all this like you said you need $. otherwise you sacrifice quality, etc. i wonder how an ipod with a voice recorder on it would do - that has everything but the sound quality is meant for voice so no dice.
