Last night had to be one of the strangest nights of my life. I got home after work and ordered a pizza. I was all set to have a night in since it had been a long day at work and I was tired. I then saw one of my myspace friends on who I was curious why they added me, so I asked. She said because of my taste in music blah blah blah. Anyway she asked if I wouldn't mind going to a show tonight. I was like eh sure why not. She gave me her address and I picked her up. I had never spoken or seen them in person. I have no idea why I decided to go out. Anyway I pick her up and we go start our way to the venue. She wanted smokes so we stopped at a 7-11 where these two girls from the burbs where tottally lost and freaked out since they had no money and no way to get home. One was on the phone to a friend asking if they could pick them up but of course their friend didn't know the city too hot either. They only knew how to get to Clark and Addison which is Wrigley Field. Happens that we were headed that way so I offered up a ride so they could be picked up. They were really annoying and I was glad to be rid of them when we dropped them off. But at the same time I felt bad for them so I'm glad I helped them out. Arrive at the show and hear a few bands. My new friend suggests we go upstairs and hang out at this gothic club. I was like ok so we go up and it's tottally not my scene. I mean it wasn't bad but I'm mean it was a completely different scene from downstairs and I had a hard time making the transition. There was this totally hot goth girl who I wanted to talk to but couldn't get up the nerve. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I met these two girls on the El once who were completely lost and helped them find their way back to Elgin...they were very annoying and had this camera and kept taking photos of me for their "scrapbook."
Curi.
