So last year I must say I've really lost a lot of weight I mean here's some photos if you can see a difference (I'm not a photogenic kinda guy so this is the best of me right now you'll get to see)(I work at lovely Target my only ever job)

that's when I started being more motivated (a woman who was in my life inspired me yet broke my heart bc it was complicated since she has fiancé) we don't talk anymore..I've moved on I just only want her to be truly happy. She just gave me a lot of positivity like I started going outdoors & going for a lot of walks every week(I can't run due to my asthma)😔 though lately these past couple months I hardly eat 3 meals a day and I know it's not healthy, my stomach is shrinking but I'm really trying to eat small portions 3 meals a day..if any of y'all have any tips you like to share for me I greatly of course appreciate it 😊still going strong 💪🏼
