Man, I just have alot of trouble keeping this thing updated, don't I? Sorry for the lack of updates lately, between an extended visit from the parental unit and a huge project falling into my lap, I haven't had alot of time for anything this month.

Lately, I have been noticing something about the way I live my life, and that I have always wondered if anyone else is much the same way. Basically, it boils down to the idea that I typically have a much more difficult time making smaller, easier decisions than larger (and typically more important) ones.

For example, I have a design to complete within the next two or three days that I'm not sweating over at all, yet as I was working on it last night, I ended up having an epic struggle with myself with deciding what kind of ice cream I wanted to get when I took a break.

Now, this might seem like a pretty silly thing to compare, but it's actually a perfect example of what I'm trying to describe. Life altering things like deciding about going to school, what kind of job I want, or where I want to live have always been easy. Yet if someone were to catch me off guard and ask me where I want to go to eat, my ability to make a decision would be utterly destroyed.

This morning when I logged in, I noticed the announcement about an SG DVD. I've been wondering when something like that would come up. Either way, I'm looking forward to it.

Anyway, back to work. Now where the fuck is my coffee?
