ouch! my foot has bee hurting me for about two weeks and i finally went to the doctor and found out why! i suppose when i went snowboarding about two weeks ago i fractured a bone in my foot and have been walking around on it thinking it was a cramp! ugh! now things at work are crazy and the snow is falling and no snowboarding for me for 6 weeks ....... someday say something sweet- i need it!! lol

I'm sorry to hear about your foot. I tore the ACL in my knee the last time I was riding with John. My season is over. I've got to have surgery.
I'm moving down to Portland this week so I can start physical therapy. But I'll still be up on the mountain a lot, I'll probably see you around.
Take care of that foot.
