Things are going good...my surgery is 9 days away...the nerves are going wild...my boy gets to come home tonight but then has to go back tomorrow night I'm just glad I get to see him the little bit I can though...my big/little brother just went off to college , but hopefully he will do well there, even though it is a party school...and then he will be the first of the siblings to get his bachelors while still in his 20's God bless him, one of us has to make something of themselves, I think my poor Dad will just die if he has to say, no, Sharon's still just bartending...oh well, maybe cosmetology school will be in my future...
One thing that is not so good, and causes me much fretting is this, So, here's my deal...last night I was working the bar with another guy. He's relatively new to our club, but we all get along really well with him. Anyway, so I was running a credit card, when I glanced into his well, and saw a wad of bills crammed in the ice behind his bottle of Jager. I turned to give the customer his cc receipt so he could close his tab, then went to grab the cash behind the bottle and be all, WTF is this? But when I looked again it was gone. I waited till the end of the shift and all the customers were gone, and confronted him about it. He looked like he had just been slapped. He tried to make some bullshit explanation about it, but come on, I wasn't born yesterday and I told him so. Now here's my question: I'm in a senior staff position w/ management duties, it's obviously my responsibility to tell the big boss what I saw. Now I don't know if he was scamming off the register, or just side pocketing tips, but either way it was dishonest. I can't trust working with him, but I am also not a rat. This I know there is really no question about what I do, I mean we ring upwards of 2500$ on each register each night, so the potential of theft is great, but I still am not a rat, so tell me...how do I go about being honest and not feelling like shit???

at least he has sex with you...I had a guy who would say he "wasn't in the mood", then I would catch him a little later in the shower jerkin it...
Thank god it's not just me.
What ended up happening with this? My boy is like that now.
I usually catch him jerking it after we've gotten into a huge fight though.
Which is even more annoying.
