Soooo, it's 3 am, and about 12 hours ago, I realized that tomorrow morning, I have to be at court w/ proof that I completed a defensive driving course...oops....So, needless to say, that has been what I have been doing for the past 5 to 6 hours, give or take, defensive driving online...it really sucks, cause it is timed, so I can't speed through it, although it is super easy,so if I complete a section too "fast" I have to go back and 'review' it, lol...oh, and I'm also required to take scheduled timed breaks, so it takes even longer....by the time I finish this, I won't even be able to sleep before court, I'm just gonna have to shower and go..... 
To make for a nifty coincidence, last night, or shall I say early this morning (24 hours ago), 3am, sunday morning, I was on my way home from work, and had a fender bender.....Here's the scenario....I was in the right hand lane, driving straight, when this lady who was a little bit ahead of me and in the center lane decided she needed to make a right hand turn onto the upcoming cross street...So she went right ahead and did so, and *BAM*, I smacked right into her...she had to back up her car so I could open my door and get out, and while doing so, she mouthed to me "Sorry, SO sorry"....She got out and we exchanged info, and she said, "well, since we exchanged info, I guess there is no need to call the cops, right?", I said, " well, sure, since you've already admitted you were at fault, I dont' see any reason why we should,".....Of course then she gets all huffy, saying, "oh now, I don't know that I'm at fault, you shoulda stopped", blahblahblah, so I say "ok, we're gonna need to go ahead and call the police" she then decides she doesn't wanna wait around for the cops, (hello! drinking and driving much?), So she takes off...I call a few friends who are in the area and on there way home from work as well, and they come to keep me company while I wait for the poe-poe's, um, 2 more hours.....anyways, I'm really hoping I don't get fucked on this and that her insurance company takes care of the damage to my car, cause she was clearly at fault, hello? who makes a right hand turn from the center lane? It's called a side mirror and checking your blindspot!! What do ya'll think my chances are???
