Yay, I'm back.

I was going to cancel but I missed the date by one day, so I've already paid for three months. May as well stick around and make a nuisance of myself.

I'm taking the delightful journey towards home ownership. I made an offer on a house and applied for a mortgage. The mortgage should go without a hitch. All I'm really waiting for is the seller to get back to me about the offer.
