I found out yesterday during 6th period that the principal has to do three observations/evaluations by the end of the school year for me.
"What is the problem?" you ask.
We only have TWO DAYS left of classes. Tomorrow is that major end-of-course test for my 9th graders, and Thursday is the last full day of classes before finals. I was going to throw a party for all my classes, but now I have to make them all work.
On another note...
This is an actual letter I got from one of my students today:
"First of all I would like to thank you for motivating me to do better in school. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't care as much. I would also like to thank you for helping me figure out what I want to do after high school. So thank you for being my teacher and most important my friend.
Your favorite student,
Michael"
That right there makes it ALL worth it.

how are you?
I don't think I can go to the ren festival. Supposed to have family in from out of town. Besides which, I'm unemployed again. I just want a decent job, I wish that wasn't so hard to find.
