How nice of you to remember! Well, I've been doing some yoga moves to help build up to it. My legs are getting stronger so I will be able to leap around better. But I'm not sure I'm any more flexible yet and I still have the flimsy arms problem. I'm starting ballet again next week so I hope that will help.
