i got my green belt, which is antas pito, or rank seven.

for perspective, the ranks go, from lowest to highest:

yellow
yellow with a stripe
orange
orange with a stripe
red
red with a stripe
green
green with a stripe
brown
brown with a stripe
black

by my calculations, unless i fuck up or get injured or guro says otherwise, i should be a black belt in two and a half years. plenty of time before geneva starts dating.
