Well I handed my notice in yesterday - been in this job for 10 years and is a really small team - but it was time for a change. I have not slept well for weeks worrying about it, but went ok. So exciting times ahead. Going to work at another agency started by a friend of mine, so should be good. Really hope to be challenged, this can only help my work.
