Weight loss going ok - down to 12stone 10lb today - all good - the best thing is actually taking control of my eating, with so many others things that you can;t control in life it is good to get to grips with something.
Apart from that work is going quite well, settling back in to the swing of things. My "be positive" "stop moaning" resolutions are going ok - but still biting my nails.
Had my first ever acupuncture yesterday - not sure how much good it did my neck - but we will see back again next week.
Any of you been up to anything interesting you want to tell me about?

Sometime I feel old on this site anyway - but after seeing this today
I feel really old - I think this is the first time I can truly say i was there the first time round, has grunge really been gone long enough to have a come back?
