Today, is both a sad and happy day.
I celebrate the birthday of my brother's only daughter. She turned 11 yesterday. Yesterday also I found out that I co-worker/friend was killed in overseas in the latest IED victims from this 9 year old war.
I picked up the SG DVD....Suicide Grils must die. Very nice
It is fun.
Just coping with things today.

The 4th was spent doing the family thing with BBQ and a fireworks show for the nieces and nephew.
Lots of fun which included my buddy who hooks me up with music cds and movies.

We are offically in the Summer season
Yesterday was the longest day of the year.
The weather here on the Central Coast California is mild and very nice.
Generally warm with highs in the low 70s, Sunny, with strong breeze.
There has been so much work now it is crazy.

Wow, what a day this was.
Spent part of the day with an re-enactment group of late 1700s to 1840s time period. It was so cool.
Then went to a concert to listen a old Country Western group that does old western show tunes and classic western songs....Riders in the Sky.
Not a normal type of concert for my taste but it was a gift...
