A full week has flown by since my operation.
I am feeling much better. My diet has been very much modified now.
Gone are the soft drinks, fried foods, sugery snacks, and fatty foods.
I am eating leaner, more veggies, fruits, high fiber, lots of whole wheat foods.
Lots and lots of water with maybe some crystal light for flavor.
Counting carbs, fats, and checking for suger content is part of my daily activity.
Checking my blood suger also with a cocktail of meds along with this new lifestyle.
This is the price to pay when I did not do a better job with controlling my diet or activity.
So no crying a river of tears but now if I want to live a good life, I have to take control of what I eat and do on a daily basis.
Thanks for all those who supported my reaching my graduation last week.
