What I've been up to...

Well It's been a while since I wrote a full blog, so here it goes. I've been having a tough time these last few weeks... The blizzards caused most of my January and February paychecks to be drastically smaller. I came incredibly close to being evicted from my shithole apartment. Here's what it looks like:



It's just one freakin' room with a kichen in one corner and a bathroom attached to another. The hot water never works, overall water pressure varies dramatically from minute to minute, there are bugs everywhere AND the Russian maintenance guys are constantly showing up at ass-early o'clock.

Imagine what it's like to be woken up at 8am by a man banging on your bedroom door and yelling something about caulk in Russian.

Oh, did I mention that there are illegals across the hall that constantly burn the place down? Here's a few pics from our recent evacuation thanks to their questionable cooking habits...





So I was able to avoid eviction by borrowing some cash and finally nailing down a decent part time gig. I'm getting a great hourly rate to edit audio and video recordings and help a growing company build their presence online. The best part? I get an office EVEN THOUGH I'll be doing most of my work from home! How badass is that? AND it's 4 miles away...

I feel really thankful for this gig... it's a terrible time for people to be looking for part time work. I have been looking off and on for 5 years!

I bought Gadget some fossil jewelry..

KITTY UPDATE!!

Oh yeah, the absinthe party!

Karma, Gadget and I had a blast putting it on and even more fun just partying the night away... Thanks to everyone who came out! I had fun yelling at the bitches who thought they owned the place... Enjoyed some absinthe... danced with everyone... smoked weed on the roof... it was fantastic! I had a blast meeting and hanging with RoxieHeart, Apple, Fire, Mneylu and many others...
