Anyone see that one episode of the Office where Michael Scott leaves to start his own company and he's replaced with a corporate figure, Charles, who doesn't like Jim and favors Dwight as his number 2? Well my new manager is Charles and I like to think myself as Jim and unfortunately there is no Dwight. Just goes to show you that there is a clear difference between being a field support manager and project management.
