For me...One summer I lost 20 lbs. eeek...It felt great to lose weight but I wasn't happy because I'd just broken up with the girl I loved...So depression got the best of me, worked 8hrs. came home and go on the excercise bike for 4hrs. in the heat-filled garage, drippin' sweat like noone's business...And I also drank insane amounts of water (clear piss all the time) and only ate veggies, no soda and sweets...
I went to extremes, but hopfully you'll find a routine that works for you...wink
