Gosh what a day, creative sandwich making (which i'll get to later on) and I never knew running for the bus was hazardous (not in the conventional running across the street, forget to look-BANG hit by that rather fast moving Ford, way) I mean by those crazy small bugs you cannot see. Today my eye was assaulted, running and then OUCH!!!!!! I managed to run into a bug, so there i am sitting on the bus blinking my eyes to try and get it out (stares from the other passengers was making me a tad bit self-concious) rumage around in my purse was my trusty pair of sunglasses, that are "usually" there........well this time their not there so I sit there suffering, 40 minutes later I arrive at work to finally get a better look and manage to remove that pesky bug
Talk about being one heck of a good procrastinator, I rarely if ever buy my lunch (where I work it would be way too costly and I rather spend money on something else ) so I typically make it and pack it at 5am. Knew I "should" pick up bread a couple of days ago (for a household that consumes at least a loaf a week) but things pop up, work Mon-Fri, friends, bf etc. Kept putting it off, today it nipped me in the butt...half asleep go to grab the bread NOTHING.....so time to get creative-head to the freezer - see mini hot dog buns - grab the frozen buns - toss all in the microwave - 45 seconds - still frozen - 30 seconds - done - grab two split them apart - slap the butter and maonnaise on - toss on the roast beef - done - vowla - sandwich and it tasted pretty darn yummy at 4:30pm (talk about a late lunch)
My day overall has been quite smashing and eventful, love it, nothing short of exciting
