What an intense weekend!
I worked 33 hours in 3 days. By the time it was all over, I was lucky that I could remember my own name. Bridgette, was it?
I think all of the advertising that I did for the show paid off. I sold about $6,000 worth of art in two days, and my co-workers also sold about that much. Most of the people who came to the show heard about us either in the newspaper or on the radio. Righteous.
I also earned a sweet bonus for this month. I sold $45,000 worth of art and jewelry in March, so I get 3% of that as a bonus. I think it works out to be $1,377. Pics from this weekend will follow soon; I'm at work now and I'll post them later.
Sunday night I saw the funniest movie with Aaron and Shaun called "Grizzly Man." If you haven't watched it and need a good laugh, you should definitely check it out.
It's about this retarded hippie who loves grizzly bears so much that he lives with them every summer for 13 years straight, but then he and his girlfriend eventually get eaten.
He actually tries to talk to them and play with them as if they were puppies. Whatever. If you're stupid enough to intentionally get that close to a full-grown grizzly bear, you need to get eaten. I was thinking of filming a parody of this movie called "Chinchilla Girl," and I spend time in the Andes mountains playing with the chinchillas, but at the end I get eaten by them.
Speaking of chinchillas, I'm thinking of getting a new one. My aunt is a nanny, and the guinea pig of the little boy she babysits recently died. They just wanted to throw Guin-guin's cage away, but I asked my aunt to hold it for me.
I went to the pet store yesterday and saw the most precious little girl chinchilla who needs a good home. I love Remy so much, but I would love to have another chin. It's like having one child, but knowing you want another one, too.
I would really love to get a white female chin and name her "Vanilla Chinchilla." Totally cheesy I know, but it would be cute. If I don't do that though, I will get the little silver one I saw yesterday.
I also got my Sirius satellite radio installed! I especially love the classic rock and trip hop stations.
Oh, yeah. I've got a ticket to see Fiona Apple on May 7th. Wewt!!!
And that's all I've got. I will check in with everybody individually in a little bit.
UPDATE
I would like to get a chinchilla that looks like this little booshkin:
Look at the wee little one!!

Hope you doing well and all that jazz. And not falling for the boys who aren't single
Things with Julie are going well, and I'm eager to see what the future brings career wise. Kinda stressing it, but optimistic none the less.
