I cant control my sudden emotions and its pissing me off. yea i have disorders, but come on. I dont want to be upset over something I cant control, and yet i cant control myself being upset. It makes me hate being in my own skin. I dont like surprises and last minute changes, they screw everything up.

There's nothing wrong in being pissed at sudden changes. If you are used to routines, and people fuck it up, you have a right to be pissed.
