So ive started doing reps of situps and now my back hurts, so i think im going back to dancing to lose weight. Im on day 2 with no mountain dew and i am not happy, but i need to cut back and since my bf had to cut back on caffeine i figure no time like the present. I let my self just a lil too much. I absolutely hate my body right now. So exersize and healthy food choices ahead I guess.

As a nutritionist, I would just say you have a body that appears to show good nutritional habits. I think you just need to tone you muscles a little bit with a light 45 minute muscle building routine. Just keep doing it as often as you can and you'll see results in a month or two. Cute face too!
