So the lower back thing is not getting better which sucks but after my mom went psycho alcoholic on my bf and I we had a nice dinner at the olive garden and then relaxed with his friend then I slept hoping the pain would go away. No luck. Oh well.

Try hangin on a ledge, like a dorr or a handrail, withou your feet on the ground, let gravity strench you down, or try a bridge strench.
Those always help me with my back pains.

tried the gravity traction. these back problems of mine have been around since i was like 14 my doctor is at a loss of why it keeps spazzing and going out and causing me all these problems. tigerbalm or whatever is prob the only suggestion ive heard that i havent tried ofther than accupuncture. which im trying on the first
