I suck at sleeping....seriously. I am literally nocturnal....I work from 11pm - 5 am usually so I never end up falling asleep until 10am or even later. It just sucks because I miss out on daylight and also regular business hours lol. I still haven't sent my dad his Father's Day gift because the post office is always closed by the time I wake up >.< Ugh!! I already take 5-htp at night....this helps a lot to make me sleepy...but it's not enough. Sleeping pills like Unisom put me in a trance where I am like a half-asleep zombie, but can never actually put me out...and then they leave me with a weird zombie hangover haha.
In my dream world I'd be asleep by 6am and wake up at 2pm. Going to work earlier is an option but it is not really worth it to get there before 10pm. I really would love if you could all give me some advice on relaxing and falling asleep faster! Preferably lifestyle changes as opposed to pills lol :)
