I am now a property owner!!!... weird.

I bought a 100 year old house in Philly and I'm only the third person to own it. The house was built by the owner of Domino Sugar in 1913. So fucking awesome! So much work but it'll be worth it.

Dont know if its a side effect of being in an old house or what but i've been on a huge Bing Crosby kick lately. Its all i've been listening to. I made a bing crosby pandora channel and it could be the best thing ever! Count Bassie, Etta James, Louis Armstrong... fuck, am I 29 or 89? I need to unpack my Kid Dynamite cd's, stat!

PS- i have like 7 rooms to fill now if anyone finds themselves in philly needing accomodations...
