CAPTIVATING THOUGHTS by ringleader
Funny, this whole LIFE thing. One day your bored and depresssed and the next you can be exuberant and full of passion. The funny part of this is how you can't have one without the other. You can't know boredom until you've experienced fun & vise versa. Think of a 3 year old being bored. They're not, because everything is still new and exciting. Who knows what the day might bring...icecream? playgrounds? It's not until you get older & you start knowing what to expect from life that you discover boredom.
Ofcourse, i enjoy the fun & exciting days much more than the mondaine, boring days so in knowing that i'd like to figure out how to bring about the maximim 'good times'. So i was talking to a friend today on this subject, and he brought up something i have never thought about. Planning boredom. That idea alone makes me laugh, who would think, plan boredom? Can that work? You can't plan an emotion, but you can, i think, almost plan for boredom. And then what? If i plan for it, does that decrease the chances of it occuring? Who fucking knows! But none the less i'm gonna experiment with this.
So a completely different thought, but perhaps just as intriguing......I was having one of those moments recently when your looking around in complete amazement of how incredibly mindless and just plain stupid people can be and i had this thought. The possibility of a shortage of souls going on. People breeding and breeding, making baby after baby, but just not enough souls to fill all the orders. People with all the science and mechanics of a human, but just not the soul. I mean how many souls are there? Endless amounts? Can souls be on back order? Who gets one and who doesn't? Then this brings up......what even is a soul? where does it come from? and where does it go? (whoa deep thoughts :surreal is there really enough to go around? I am really starting to wonder about some of the people on this planet. Interesting none the less.

I was wondering that it would be funny in a Twilight Zone sorta way if you turned out to be my ex-girlfriend. But no worries; you're much cooler than she was.
Now I have to send you one of mine.
