I had this huge, introspective (ha, ha--Rin-trospective?) journal entry typed up and it was totally going to post it and get all deep--but it's so beautiful outside. I can't justify spending the half hour more it would take to complete it and feel good about it and get it all down right. It's beautiful outside and I am going to take my dog for a long walk. He is quite a character and he's been SO patient all morning while I've dicked around on the computer. When I get back, I have to clean the house and then I plan on catching up on letter-writing--I'm a member of the Pen Pal group but I've been slacking for like two months! Sorry pen pals. I don't hate you. I am just bad with procrastination and time management sometimes.
Here's a photo I saw this morning--it totally resonates with me. I have this idea that our actions repeat infinitely and there are just a thousand trillion selves re-doing everything we've ever done and walking the same paths we've gone on. I even wrote about it a while ago but I am not going to spend the time on reproducing it here. Suffice to say this photo set just floored me.
I am in such a rin-trospective mood! I keep typing out super long things to post and deleting them, because I seriously need to get out into the sunshine. For one, it's so nice to walk the dog and for two, I have a ridiculously uneven tan. This weekend I'm going to an SGSD event that should be really wonderful and I think my friend Kate will come (which is awesome, because I haven't seen her in a couple months) and I want to go to the beach on Sunday. I am a glutton for beach-laying. I might as well enjoy it while I'm in the eternal summer down here, before I retreat to the grey days of Vancouver (but that won't be till early 2009).
What are you doing with your weekend? What do you wish you could do with it?

Best to do with homemade bread, and don't squish the bread while cooking. Try to cook slow.
The doctor told me, "To many fried Banana and Peanut Butter sandwichs for you Robert"
Then i wondered, What's the point of living, without food.
