ugghh.
I pulled a muslce in my neck, or pinched a nerve somehow this morning?
I wasn't doing anything weird- i swear.
But now it hurts like a bitch and serving tables has become quite the task.
It seriously feels like I went boarding yesterday for the first time or something... But I was just getting ready to take a shower and felt a sharp pain in my neck? WTF.
I've tried taking advil, extra strength tylenol, using icy hot and those patches....which provided temporary relief...but nothing that great.
Any suggestions? Over the counter meds or helpful hints on how i might be able to get rid of this a little faster??
I have to work a double friday and if this feels the same it's going to be a realllly long weekend..

I can't wait to go boarding this weekend. I hope it doesn't stop snowing today and tomorrow.
