Now listen to Mother-Me:
- gargle with salt and warm water
- lots of good veg and soups and vitamin C pills and echanacia
- aspirin for the pain, gargled will work
- lots of sleep - take it easy! and give yourself time to recover, don't rush back to work as soon as the pain abates unless you want it to last twice as long.
