Have to say the rain was stunning! Although I ran back into the office to go and call for help ... the rain washed all the day's troubles right away down the road! It was purifying!

I just LOVE it when a silly little 10 second doodle of a robot gets a life of its own.
What I HATE is clients who just assume that you will drop everything to do rush work for them, knowing full well they sat on their arses leaving everything until the last minute!

I just love the whole Parkhurst area. The older, more established "original northern suburbs" seriously ROCK, man
Up here in the "new north" (in & around where we currently stay, in Northwold), it's just one mad crazy concrete jungle
When we were looking to maybe buy in the greater Parkhurst area, though, (back in late 2005) there was absolutely no available stock even remotely in our price range
Any renovations you do will add massively to the bottom line of your already valuable asset - so I say GO FOR IT - prospect of more grey hairs, ulcers & all, yeehaaah
