Ok, well, this is my first entry. I was held at gunpoint by JUJUBEE to join SG. I really dont know what its all about, but I heard her talk about it nonstop for a year and I dont know what to expect. Im probably the most retarted guy on here because it took me a while to figure out how to get my pic up, but with a little help from BEAN, I finally got it up. ( haha, I said got it up).
Anyhoo, I'll tell ya a bit about myself. I was the guitar player in the early and mid nineties for the SKA CORE band called Mealticket, did a few US tours and then our singer quit. Not wanting to end it all right there we carried on, moving me up to vocals and still on lead guitar we changed our name to PUSHOVER, started playing rock/ pop/ emo tunes for the rest of the nineties and into the new millenium, did a few more US tours with some big name bands. Then in 2002 called it quits. After that I vowed not to touch a guitar or an instrument ever again and started painting. I was painting anything I could get my hands on, going out at 3 in the morning to hollywood blvd. to find old doors and trash to paint. I even sold one to Steve from janes addiction and porno for pyros.
So blah blah blah Im playing music again for a group called VERONA, I took that name from shakespear, and a porn star I once made out with named Verona Lake. Its kinda dark alternative sounding, like if Danny Elfman joined janes addiction. I cant think of anything else to say right now, but that's because its noon, and Im sure I'll have alot more funny and interesting things to say when its nighttime and Im hosting a few pints. For now, I hope to meet alot of cool people, bye for now!
