Let's see..... What have I done recently? Well I've been workin' out like a mother fucker and trying to get myself into shape for when I join Lloyd's school. He's one of the worlds best martial arts trainers and his school is 1/2 an hour from my house. I'm planning on having a body of steel before I join! It's been hard training and same foods. Lots of protien,very little fat. My normal days I've figured that I'm getting 230grams of protien and 9grams or fewer of fat. Everything else I don't really count carbs I actually enjoy carbs.
My wifes birthday was yesterday. I got her a firepit for outback of our house. We've been out there the past few days keepin warm by the fire.
This past weekend we went to Georgetown. I have'nt been in a while and we took some pics on the exorcist steps. In one of the pics I'm at the bottom of the steps laying on the ground like I'm dead. Check em' out!
