My dreams were filled with odd occurances. Being caught with porn by the parents of a friend from gradeschool and then being forced to greet everyone at their family reunion with, "Hello, I love porn"; setting cars on fire with my grandmother; seducing professional tennis players and enjoying slick smooth skin; a kitchen cabinet that threw dishes at me whenever I walked by; a gentleman that looked far too much like Maynard G. Krebs for his own good kept walking in and out of my dreams trying to tell me something but he was talking not entirely unlike the Man from Another Place in Twin Peaks. I'm fairly glad to be awake.
Am I the only one who still like side-scrolling video games? I caught a bit of the game review show on TechTv where they reviewed a side-scrolling game and basically questioned why anyone would bother making one today. I assume that there has to be a market out there for them; I still like playing my NES and SuperNES on occasion.
And Sim finished Cerberus the other day. Kinda went over like a lead balloon. Ah, well. Still kinda cool for someone to work on a creative work that long.

I have an important message for all my so-called friends.
You picked the wrong person to rhetorically ask my friend.
Streets of Rage, Final Fight, Street Fighter, Castlevania, Contra, Monster Party, Maniac Mansion, Ghoul School, Blaster Master, and I could go on.
Believe me, I could.
Side-scrolling in video games is oftentimes synonymous with creativity.
and, to me, at least (however not to the top sellers charts), creativity is where it's at.
I'm going to E3 this year. Got my confirmation the other day,
