drinking beers..
eating lots of food..
swimming every morning..
swimming every night..
being in the sunshine..
lovely friends..
puppy cuddles in bed..
freedom..
family..
friendship..

I feel slightly down back at work..

the promise of a fantastic future hangs inside my head..
a promise i made to myself..

I am happy..
happiness will grow..

my heart is still unmatched..
