we drove down there quickly from the studio where we were having a jam, just to check it was cool - (you never know)
thank fuck we did
they had'nt managed to get the stage from Glastonbury, only the solar panels & generator
so the stage consisted of three pallets about 8 inches high and 12 feet across
plus no roof
oh, i didn't mension
it was pissing down
"yes, er... i think we're getting a tent or something, are you sure you can't do it ? " they questioned
sure, i'll stand in the rain shall i
singing into a metal microphone
playing a steel stringed instrument thats conected to a 250 watt / 230 volt amp
no need for any pyrotechnics, my flaming eye balls will be enough to wow the crowd
on a lighter note the label website is looking fucking gooood

I so missed out on national kissing week. I am picking my guy up at the airport tonight at 930 so maybe I can make up for what I missed out on thus far.
Did I ever tell you that I once was deported from your lovely country? So rock and roll huh? Actually its kind of funny ( not funny haha but funny strange) I have friends in rock bands that have been kicked out of hotels for being too wild or venues for fighting (The Impotant Sea Snakes....mad mother fuckers!) but not one has ever been kicked off an island and me Miss nice sweet loving girl gets booted from one of the countries I like the most for having an open ticket an CVs in my case. I guess they thought I was gonna try to get work with out proper papers. I wasnt going to. ( I already had the job) Baaaaaad Lynn.
