i got the Chili Peppers at Slane Castle-Ireland today on DVD and their greatest hits which comes with a DVD of 15 video's plus fly on the wall documentry / interview bits, which seem to go on for ages

the gig's on wed, so i'm getting rev'd up for that
got a rehersal tomorrow so we can work on some crazy intro stuff, must'nt overdo vocals though, gotta save my voice
but whenever i have a gig coming up, everyone around me seems to have a cold
so i'm totally dosed up on vitamins and echinacea, eating bananas and clementines not forgeting apples mmmm
