so, i have my first cold this year and i feel like poo
it came on really quick yesterday afternoon so hopefully it'll bugger off just as quickly

since my last entry i had a nice visit to Birmingham staying with Frankie
and having another 3 hours on my sleeve

hmmm, yes, the back of one's upper arm and armpit is a tad tender after shading
we're nearing the end now, not long to go

my birthday was a few days later and thanks to the new(ish) look site i got 2 birthday wishes
Two ?!!! how crap is that ?!!!

a week off work meant i then missed the London Convention as it fell on the weekend i returned to work
next year, i guess

been coming up with some nice new tunes and the new drummer is working out well, still need a new bass player
tho i find writing with just a drummer quiet easy
i'm hoping to get playing again come December or in the New Year

i've been listening to a lot of Isis lately, listen to So Did We, love it !
and someone recommended Pelican to me, so i've been enjoying them too
