The UB is getting colder every day, the pollution is getting worse every day it gets colder. My immune system is not as strong as I thought it was and I am getting sick more often than normal. Guess my body will just have to adapt, leaving is not an option.

Don't know if it's late for this or not, but if you have the means to, try getting some royal jelly pills. It's completely natural and a great way to improve and reinforce your immune system, it'll help avoid colds and gives you more energy.
