At around 5:30 or so an old lady opened the door of the Cafe and asked where she was and said she couldn't find her car. Weird. So I talked to her, you know told her where she was and what not. Everytime I asked her a question about where she parked in hopes of helping her find her car , I got an "I don't know" or something completely ambiguous. She was truly of little help. I finally got enough information from her to determine that her car had to have been parked right off of Aurora (the street right in front of the cafe). I told her that the place she was describing was about 10 blocks south. Thats when she asked me to walk with her. Was she scared? Maybe, who knows, but it was dark already and cold and she didn't look to be dressed for it, and I'm kind of a softy and felt bad for her. So.. I walked her to the area and she got all panicked and said that it wasn't the right area, that she had parked on a flat street etc. So I walked up a few more blocks and found a car that matched the description she gave me. I called her over and asked "is this your car?". She took a look and gasped "How did you do that?", like I had just made her car appear magically out of thin air. I told her that I figured that was about where her car was, and she kept asking me how I did that, and I eventually excused myself to return to work. It was truly strange, and all I could think the whole time was "Dude, where's my car?".
