Happy Sunday y'all.
I updated my profile a bit. Now you know how old I am, good for you. That's all you're getting though. A little mystery never hurt anyone.
I'm going to tuba practice. And by tuba practice I mean I'm going on a hunt for sweaters. And by sweaters I mean inspiration. And by inspiration I mean...well, you either get it or you don't. I've been having the urge to knit since viewing a certain purple picture *wink*
My shop was featured on Etsy.com today. Go me! Maybe I will actually start making money now! If you're curious you can check it out here Imajica Design on Etsy.com I wasn't joking about the feathers.
Seeing as how I don't remember my last blog post, I bet I was still working my way through that bottle of brandy. Thank the gods it's finally finished. My stomach sent me flowers when I threw the empty in the recycling today.
Seems that everyone is suffering from sleep issues right now, both in the eWorld and my world. I have so much empathy for you if you are. I've had a sleep disorder since birth and only in the last few years have I been getting a semi-normal amount and quality of sleep. I only wish I could share my recent sleep luck with everyone else. Nothing sucks quite as bad as being sleep deprived.
Unfortunately only prescription meds really do it for me, currently a very small dose of Seroquel, but one other thing came close. Give medicinal strength Valerian root a try. Not cheapo stuff from the pharmacy or wherever, but actual medicinal quality, standardized Valerian root from a natural food store or herbalist. That stuff would knock out a horse, I'm telling you. There's no hangover and no side effects, although in some people it has the added bonus of mood stabilization and less anxiety. Pretty rad, huh? Those herbalism classes came in handy after all. Anyone ever needs alternative medicine advice, hit me up, I'll try to remember for you
Have a lovely evening everyone.

Now I remember where I heard of valerian root. It was in Fight Club when Edward Norton went to the doctor about his insomnia. Bastard wouldn't give him any pills.
so , how was tuba practice?
