Couldn't get to sleep last night, woke up at 7 after falling asleep around 4 and then fell back asleep thinking it was 9 when I woke up. Looked at the clock and it was 1130. Shit. So much for hitting up the bike shop before the rains. Good news is I've got the day off!
I'm thinking about going darker with my hair. I've had the same color all my life with the exception of one night in high school when I died it black. Funny story there: A friend of mine came looking for me and asked one of the other girls where I was. When the girl led her down to me, she says, "Is that Dave's brother? He's HOT!" And then when I turned around she turned bright red, ran away, and didn't look at me the rest of the night.
This is what I'm thinking:
Or maybe even a bit darker like this:
Thoughts?
I won't do it until I leave Korea because if I did anything that drastic my students would have a heart attack. They flew into a panic when I bought new shoes. I also have been waiting to get my septum pierced since I got here because according to my contract I'm not allowed any distracting body modifications. And I'll finally get my sleeves finished. Tattoo artists in Korea are notoriously bad for the most part. Only a few people I've talked to have gotten any decent work done. With only a little more than a month left I'm not too worried about it, but I'm excited to get to Perth to get the rest of my work done. These last five weeks can't go fast enough
