How quickly things change - Could it be bad kharma to post about happiness? I still have my dermal piercing which I love - but the boyfriend is over already!!! Needless to say I am totally thrown for a loop on this one! We dated as friends for 6 months. He wanted to take things " very slowly " and I was all for it too. Well last moth we finally made it to the next level (sex ) and he has " issues " - Surprised??!! Me - not so much really. I say it's ok and we can work on things, but he decides it's a sign, that we shouldn't be more than friends!! Right. Now he wants to go back to the way things were when we dated and were platonic. I think it's too late for that, and I should move on - Much as I'd rather stay with him because we have great times together and a whole lot in common. He needs some professional help, and I don't think changing partners or abstinence is going to solve the problem in the long run -
What do you guys think? He is my age, and has a masters degree,and a great job. I liked him a whole lot and he seemed to be smitten with me too. Everyone who saw us together noticed that - I am not making this up.
I am beyond devastated - but holding things together at least outwardly.....
