Life is going pretty awesome for me. Having to work alot, but its all good. I dont sweat it.
Making good gains in the gym which I am stoked about, meeting really awesome people and getting closer to goals.
Speaking of gym, I get asked quite a bit of questions regarding my weight loss and ideas from the various fitness groups im in both on SG and other places.
So here is just some mistakes I see and general tips....and like I have told everyone who has emailed me, feel free to keep asking, Ill help as much as I can!
1. Lift heavier, I see people ALL the time lifting the same 135lbs on there bench week in and week out. Your not gonna get stronger if you dont challenge yourself.
2. Food, if it wasnt around 10000 years ago, dont eat it. Cavemen werent fat...
3. Do cardio after you lift, and switch up between HIIT and steady state
4. Unless your a mma fighter, or in a boxing ring or something.... please dont wear hand wraps while you lift weights, you look like a tool
5. Dont over train, you need to rest.
And in ending I quote Ronnie : "Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but no one wants to lift that heavy ass weight"
