Did a new set of pull ups today, called monkey bar pull ups. I volunteered this weekend for a community Easter egg hunt and did the monkey bars doing 5 pull ups at every bar...try it sometime if your a fitness buff like I am.
Watched the wrestler this weekend, and have to say Mickey Rourke is quite the actor, I liked him and Bruce Willis in sin city ( only good parts of that movie) and now I am looking forward to iron man 2 and the expendables.
Workout for this weekend, running 5-6 miles in the new KSOs and Kilo sit ups.... 1K sit ups in a day. Plus the weights of course..cheers
