Just as well I was running late this morning and therefore never made it as far as Liverpool Street or Aldgate. Been on the phone, I think most of my friends are ok.
The worrying part was that we were all heading for that place in the morning rush and things could have worked out very differently. Took me ages to get in contact with Emma but relief when I did.
It's hard to understand why people would want to attack London, the most culturally diverse city in the world where people of all creeds and colours live and work together. I have to agree with what Mayor Ken Livingstone said when he talked of a lack of agenda other than mass murder.
I hope the people responsible are brought to justice.
