Marching As To War (well almost)

I've managed to get out a couple of times over the last couple of weeks with Camden Sin City last Friday and Kerrang! Rock Rampage last night. It's been good to spend some time with old friends (too many to mention them all). Also the K!RR included a performance by the Suicide Girls of the UK, a big well done to them all.
I've also caught a couple of shows (using that term very loosely). I went up to Chelmsford and saw the Billericay Operatic Soceity's production of 'Hello Dolly', I think at times it's good to see truely awful theatre so that you remember just what makes your own performance worth watching. I also saw ALRA's production of 'The Blue Room', a horrible choice of play I thought, horrible set and a group of actors that weren't listening to each other, it makes you feel quite good when you're eyeing up the competition and they're not a scratch on the people you work with.
This Saturday I'm taking my stage combat exam so I have a week now of intensive sword fighting and and unarmed combat, all this without trying to kill your partner!! Should be a challenge.
