I FINALLY GOT A JOB!!!!!!!!!

its never taken me this long. i feel so relieved.

i was refusing to apply at any restaurants in chester because i kind of despise my hometown but i sucked it up and walked into ocharley's today because they are always slammed (and have quite a nice bar for potential after work drink sessions)...and who is at the host stand?

the girl who sold me the car i totalled when i got my dui.

i had remembered her being pretty awesome and now i'm so glad we hit it off back then because she got me an interview an hour later. i was worried they wouldn't hire me as a server because i don't have experience and that's been a major issue so far but apparenlty i wowed them with my social skills and they hired me on the spot. yayyyyyyyyyy!!!!! i've been denying serving jobs for so long but i finally realized that i'd probably have fun doing it and make more than i'd be paid anywhere else. everyone working seemed pretty sweet...my interview was at shift change and they were all smoking at the bar talking about where they were going to drink later...perfect. thank youuuuuu shauna and whatever instinct made me go in there.

so next week i can finally start getting out of debt. you have no idea how much better i feel.

life has been pretty good to me these past couple of weeks. i guess i finally deserve it.

i got that job at the kids gymnastics place but serilously, FUCK that shit. this came just in time for me not to have to deal with a bunch of smelly little brats every weekend.

question: i left a bottle of whiskey at my friends house and the top was off. i finally retrieved it last night (steelers kicked ass on thursday night football btw!) and it tastes funky. does the air getting into the bottle do something to liquor to make it taste wierd?? hm...


i got a check in the mail from the state treasury today for three dollars and thirty cents. yeah, what? hahaha i mean i can't complain about unexpected money in any quantity but i just thought it was kind of funny and i'm not sure why i got it. but i'm definitly going to use it to buy three things off of the dollar menu at wendys later. i'm really healthy...



well...i'm cold. just wanted to share my happiness and relief with the world. haha hope everybody has a fun weekend
