Still recovering from the flu. That was fucking awful. 4 days in bed. I showered on the floor of the shower cus I couldn't stand up. The stairs were my enemy. Moving was really the enemy. Sweating is definitely key to getting it out of the body. Hydrogen peroxide is a miracle on clogged ears.

If you've been sick and really tired your immune system was probably knocked down and not able to handle what was going on. Some of the early response to viruses like colds and the flu is pretty generic and works against viruses in general but that only lasts so long. During that time the immune system activates and releases chemicals and proteins that end up making you feel worse than the virus itself does, go figure.
The plague has taken over my body.

2012 was awesome until the last week. It was still a good week, just emotionally draining.
I'm curled up in bed with 2 dogs and my cat. 2013 is wonderful so far... Halo 4, the hobbit, animal love, husband love.

Newtown Acupuncture - all signed up. I am seriously contemplating going up there on Christmas Eve. If I do not go up before the end of the year then I will be dedicating a few weekends in January and February to be there. I may just do Saturdays all day for several weeks.
