so tired. so very tired. i need drugs to help me sleep. what a vicious cycle.

i need cuddles and love and to lay around and watch old movies.

i feel so cold and shut off from the people that love me. and i hate myself for it. but i don't know how to open up anymore. this year has changed me and not in a good way.
